This Privacy Policy covers how Praiseworthy collects, uses, stores, shares, transmits, deletes or otherwise processes personally identifiable information, including personally identifiable information associated with the URLs

For the purposes of this policy, Praiseworthy defines the term “Client” as a business with which Praiseworthy has an established relationship, “Customer” as a customer of a Praiseworthy Client, and “Respondent” as an individual who takes Praiseworthy’s surveys independent of Praiseworthy’s Clients.

Information Praiseworthy Collects

Praiseworthy collects data in support of the services provided to Praiseworthy Clients.

Praiseworthy does not receive, use or collect personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, except under the following circumstances:

Data Collected On Praiseworthy Web Site

Data may be collected through a web form at, where interested parties enter their own data directly into that form to request a demonstration of a Praiseworthy product.The data may include name, title, phone number and e-mail address, company name and company address). Praiseworthy uses this information solely for the purpose of contacting the interested party and scheduling demonstrations. Praiseworthy does not share any PII collected on its website with outside parties.

Data Shared With Praiseworthy by Praiseworthy Clients

Praiseworthy may receive a limited amount of Client’s customers’ personally identifiable information as required for the services provided to Client by Praiseworthy. The data shared by the Client is bound by the policies distributed by the Client.

Data Collected By Praiseworthy Through Surveys

Praiseworthy may collect additional personal information as provided voluntarily and directly by Respondents who choose to participate in Surveys. Prior to entering data, Respondents are provided with a description regarding what data will be collected, how it will be used, and how it will be shared.

Praiseworthy does not collect or receive sensitive personally identifiable information such as: credit card numbers, social security numbers, financial account and transaction information, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership. Praiseworthy may collect demographic information for statistical purposes if required by a survey. As with all responses to survey questions, responses to demographic questions are entirely voluntary.

Praiseworthy’s mobile reporting application, used by Praiseworthy’s Clients, uses third-party services to gather data on application usage and stability. This data is shared only with the relevant client. A user may unsubscribe from tracking through the user settings screen within the mobile application, or by texting back “STOP” to the text message originally provided, or emailing

To ensure the integrity of its research, Praiseworthy uses cookies to identify returning users from the same device. Praiseworthy also uses respondent IP address, the date and time at which respondents access Praiseworthy’s dashboard, and respondent HTTP request headers. Praiseworthy also uses third-party analytical cookies for tracking web traffic and usage of the web site.

How Praiseworthy Uses Data

Praiseworthy may bundle and share data in an aggregate, non-personally identifiable form.

When Praiseworthy presents resulting aggregate proprietary research, individual responses may be shared, but only after removal of any personally identifying information associated with the response.

Protection of Personally-identifiable Information

Praiseworthy is not in the business of selling or renting personally identifiable information gathered in the course of client work to third parties. Praiseworthy shares information with Clients only as described in this policy or as described at the time information is collected.

Voluntary Participation

Individuals may choose not to participate in Praiseworthy’s research. An opt-out choice is included in each communication to individuals, and those who exercise it will be added to Praiseworthy’s opt-out list for the relevant client within ten (10) business days of unsubscribing. For each client, Praiseworthy does not send survey invitations to any e-mail address on the applicable opt-out list. Praiseworthy also provides its opt-out lists on a timely basis to its clients and third party agents so that they may properly update their records.

Individuals may elect to opt out at any time from receiving email or text from Praiseworthy and are under no obligation to take surveys sent to them. Individuals who wish to reverse an earlier unsubscribe option may contact Praiseworthy’s Privacy Contact (see contact information below) to change their opt-out status.


Customers and respondents may contact Praiseworthy (see Privacy Contact below) at any time if they feel there is an error in their personally identifiable information. Because Praiseworthy generally receives and retains personally identifiable information as an agent of its Clients, Praiseworthy may as appropriate refer individuals reporting inaccuracies in their personally identifying information to the originating source for correction.

Subsequent to verifying the identity of a person making a request, Praiseworthy will respond to a request for offline access to personally identifiable information within 30 days of receiving the request.

Anti-Spam Policy

Praiseworthy has a no tolerance spam policy. Praiseworthy sends communications to only those who have requested to receive it or with whom there is a pre-existing business relationship with a Praiseworthy Client.

What constitutes a Pre-existing business relationship?

A pre-existing business relationship exists if the recipient of our text has conducted business with the Praiseworthy Client on whose behalf the survey request has been sent.

Third-party Partners

From time to time, Praiseworthy may contract with third parties to perform functions necessary for its research & development operations and, under the terms of those contracts, may transfer data to those third parties. Praiseworthy requires any such third party to maintain Privacy, Security and Confidentiality of such data.


Praiseworthy takes strict physical, technical and procedural measures to keep information secure by:

  • Housing data in physically secure facilities, monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Protecting network from inappropriate access through continuous firewall protection, anti-virus protection, and identification, authentication and authorization procedures.
  • Transmitting certain data securely through secure socket layers (SSLs).
  • Encrypting certain data.
  • Strictly limiting personally-identifiable information to key personnel and requiring ALL employees and contractors to sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
  • Using incident detection, response and escalation procedures.
  • Enforcement.

Legal Disclaimer

When requested by legal authorities to disclose personally identifiable information, Praiseworthy will inform the court of various factors justifying confidentiality and respondent anonymity. However, Praiseworthy may be required by law to disclose personally identifiable information where judicial or other governmental subpoenas, warrants, or orders are properly issued. Individuals’ unsubscribe option in no way limits Praiseworthy’s use, disclosure or distribution of personally-identifiable information to the extent such use, disclosure or distribution is required by law, court order or other valid legal process. If Praiseworthy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personally identifiable information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personally identifiable information.

Links to Third Party Sites

Praiseworthy’s web site includes links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Praiseworthy. If you submit personally identifiable information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. Social Media Features and Widgets

Praiseworthy’s web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Children’s Privacy

Praiseworthy does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any individual under the age of 13.
